OUR STORY
Myers’ Meats & Specialties is a family-owned and operated  butcher shop and retail store  in North Dakota that specializes in processing local livestock and wild game and making beef jerky, snack sticks, sausage and a variety of other products. Myers’ Meats has two locations – the original plant near Parshall, ND and a second location just outside Garrison, ND.

OUR HISTORY

Myers’ Meats & Specialties was established by Wilferd & Emelia Myers in 1965 near Parshall, North Dakota. Over the years, several of their friends and family members helped with the business. In the 1980s, Wilferd & Emelia’s youngest son, Calvin, and his wife, Eileen, continued to grow the business. Myers’ Meats began selling beef jerky and snack sticks nationwide in the 1980s. In 2011, another retail store and processing plant was opened in Garrison, North Dakota. Today, Calvin & Eileen’s son, Alex, and his wife, Kelsey, operate the small business.
