We’re excited to announce that we will be processing wild game again this year! However, like most things in 2020, it will be a little different than usual.
Due to the shortage of help as well as the need to be more careful due to COVID-19, we’ve made a few changes for this season. Here’s what you need to know:
-
-
We will ONLY be accepting wild game at the Parshall plant (South of town 16 miles)
- As a COVID-19 precaution, we will have drive through customer service at the Parshall plant during deer season as an effort to reduce person-to-person contact. Please watch for signs in the driveway.
- Please have the following items ready so we can serve you and other customers efficiently. These 3 things are required (no exceptions!):
- Your carcass tag
- Deposit – $50 per deer
- Your order – Please be prepared to tell us what items you’d like made with the wild game. We have limited staff so cannot take orders over the phone before or after the animal is dropped off. If you have a designated hunter, please plan to send them with instructions. To view the product list, click here.

-
We will NOT be accepting deer quarters or skinned (hide off) deer

Our operating hours may vary, especially at the Garrison location
-
- Because of staffing shortages, there may be some variability in our hours. At the Parshall location we’ll do our best to have consistent hours, but there may be times when we have to adjust our Garrison location hours in November and December. Please check our website or Facebook Page, or call us for the most up-to-date operating hours.

-
There will be NO Minot drop-off location and we will NOT be delivering processed wild game to Minot
- Like last year, we must allocate personnel for production in order to process wild game efficiently.
